't get any weirder, it does. here's kim jong-un palling around with dennis rodman one week and threatening pre-emptive war the next. we're trying to figure out what this means. he's a young untested leader. is part of an attempted test, the strength of the new president of south korea? is it, you know, some kind of an internal power move? does he need to show that he's a tough guy to his generals who at the end of the day are the military backbone of the regime? that's part of the puzzle. but at the end of the day, it won't mean anything more than this. for the first time, china has really from the start been on board with sanctions against north korea. they helped draft this resolution which tells you just how annoyed they are at north korea. they have, to a certain extend supported it in providing it with fuel and food and this seems to be the straw that broke china's back. >> yeah, because that is pretty significant because china together with the united states, all the other members of the u.n. security council, they are on board because in the past the chinese were the

there with kim jong un. we look for rational answers why he did "x" or "y." with karzai, he is unstable. i don't want to speculate about his psychological health but the way he acts and the way he speaks he is mercurial and largely incomprehensible. it makes no sense whatsoever to accuse the united states of collaborating with the enemy unless you want america to leaf because we saw the reaction from joe manchin to angeer the americans in to leaving which will leave him alone. without any support, without any state run and he will end up at the top of the lamp post. as happened to the soviet, the leader of afghanistan in the sew yet days after the soviets left. the only possible irrationm explanation he promised the people he would take control of the prison at bagram air base. that was supposed to happen on the visit. it apparently didn't because of a last-minute dispute over the powers of the u.s. and afghans. and i think he might have been humiliated by fact he thought he could deliver and it turned out he can't get back the sovereignty he promised his people. so that may be an explanation.
